Manage my personal information

Managing your personal and shipping information can be done easily at your account.

Personal Information - Your Personal information includes your name, address, phone numbers, email address and password to your account. This information is used for communication between buyers, sellers and ChemCenters and also it is used as a buyer billing information.

Shipping information - Your shipping address is where you'd like to receive the products you purchase. It includes name, address and phone numbers.

You can change your personal and shipping information through your account and also during each order you make (on buying process).

At My Account - You need to sign in to your account, and press the links on the left side of the page. Then, you will be able to view and update your personal and billing information.

On buying process - Buyers can change their information during buying process. After filling My Cart and pressing continue, you will be asked to check your personal and shipping information. You will be able to view and update your information.

Note: Changing your information during buying process will update your information at your account accordingly.

Important: The information you see in My Account is private. No other ChemCenters' member can see it.
